Controller
Dismas Distribution Services is a third-party supply chain Value-Added Services (VAS) provider seeking a Controller who brings strong leadership capabilities and clear, effective communication skills.
Role Summary
The Controller’s primary area of responsibility will be overseeing the daily accounting functions of the company. The Controller will collaborate with the Director of Finance to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. The Controller will have a day-to-day, ongoing impact on company operations, helping analyze, strategize, and grow our financial position.

- Financial Management
- Strategic Planning
- Financial Reporting
- Compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business management, CPA preferred
- At least five years as a controller or senior accounting manager possessing knowledge of all aspects of GAAP and preparation of financial statements including cost accounting
- Proficiency in software including Excel, Quickbooks and payroll software systems
- Familiarity with ERP and data management software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with privately held organizations
- Exceptional communication skills and an ethical mindset
- Active listening, presentation and conflict resolution skills
